By accessing or using CravePost ("we", "our", "us"), whether through our website (cravepost.com), mobile application, or other services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services.

• Restaurant Owners: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any menus, photos, and information you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to display this content on the CravePost platform.
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload illegal, offensive, or unauthorized content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

• Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any revenue lost due to temporary service outages.
• Billing: Paid subscription features (e.g., Starter, Growth, Pro plans) are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial to new users before billing begins.

The CravePost platform, including its original code, features, themes, and functionality, are owned by CravePost and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform's code or design elements without explicit permission.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

In no event shall CravePost, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
